BAD SERVICE
It’s a very bad experience because till date they have not fixed the issue. Dec 3rd, I got a chat from them and also made some enquires if they can service ACs and check my washing machine. He said yes and we agreed Saturday . The first reg flag was he wanted to come on Sunday which I refused. Saturday was agreed upon by noon. Mr Olumide did not come as planned but sent me a chat that he is sending someone to come over to Owode. The said technician came at past 1pm after several calls and guess what he came with no work tools so he basically could not do anything till Mr olumide finished the work he was doing in Oniru. By the time they left the house it was a bit late. The freezer was not fixed because they needed some materials to be changed. The acs were serviced. And he sent me a bill on the 4th of December. I called him to ask him when he was to come fix if I send the money that day, he told me Wednesday 8th of Dec. I asked why Wednesday not Monday he said he needs to finish his work in oniru latest Tuesday. I agreed and made payment on the 6th of December. Wednesday came I did not hear from him or see him. I called him severally he didn’t pick and didn’t reply my chats or texts. He finally called me at past 2pm that he was on his way to Owode. I told him I don’t operate like that. I told him am an architect I have people working for me just they were too busy for me in a site that’s why I opted to go through that platform. They got to the house in the evening and left very late. No feed back to me from them till I called them and I was told by Mr Olumide that what they bought so far didn’t make the freezer work and they will come on Friday to do it. I felt so sad that people can be so wick. Why take a job if you can’t do it ? What’s the point? Today is Friday they didn’t come despite the several calls to them from my
Mum and sister. You don’t decide to come to peoples home to fix things at night I will not tolerate that again. I am
So so pained because for all the works we agreed N58,000 and I paid N50,000 to collect balance once all’s working. I told him not to push me to take drastic actions to fish him out. If I call my person to come Saturday to fix the freezer he will return my money.
