Terrible experience, thought I’d never receive my package
I will never use petican logistics or encourage anyone I know to patronize them. I was unable to receive my item the same day being Saturday 19th, March 2022, as promised, still couldn't receive it by Monday a working day, all efforts to get an update concerning when I'd receive my item turned fruitless. The manager snubbed my texts and refused to pick my calls severally, once when I was snubbed for a whole day, she responded that she couldn't answer me because she was resting. They couldn't practice simple work ethics, having a poor customer service. The manager was lackadaisical, unfriendly and proud, dismissing my right to receive my package on the agreed date. She says and I quote, "So I'm supposed to work bcos of your 2k work", note that this was an amount we both agreed on when my order was placed. After much pleas I finally received my package late Tuesday afternoon. I didn't receive proper feedback which resulted in me missing work for two days in a row just so I could be nearby to receive my package when it eventually arrived. Overall it was a terrible experience for me.
