Very Poor service delivery
The technician came to the house, he checked the machine and advised i changed the lock.
He dismantled the lock and went out to look for a new lock. He called later to say he has found the lock and that i should transfer 10,000.00 to him which i did on the 11th of December..
He further communicated with me on the 13th of December that he has purchased the key and sent me pictures via WhatsApp with an agreement to come install the lock on Saturday 18th December 2021. But i have not been able to reach him since Saturday December 18, 2021. Have sent him several messages, called him on several occasions but to no avail.
