Do I need solar panels to install an inverter?
No, the idea of installing solar for most houses that use inverter is because of epileptic power supply in Nigeria. For some places in Nigeria the electricity is fairly constant, so the electricity is enough to charge your batteries and when power eventually goes off you can use the inverter.
